How to track my return status?
You can see an option of track your order, or can directly track the product by the link provided to you by Owlpure support team.
How do I return an item purchased on Owlpure?
In case if you have changed your mind or not satisfied about the product, you can request for a replacement or refund within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Once your request is received, we will initiate the return process and will be responsible to pick the item from you, and then we will proceed with replacement of the product or refunding process only if the products are received in their original packing with proper labels, seals, and barcodes.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, you can create a return request at item level and if you have ordered multiple items then you can initiate return/replacement/refund for any of the individual item that you have ordered.
What can I do in case of failed delivery?
In case of failed delivery, then please contact Owlpure customer support on email@example.com and can specify the product delivery address correctly, you will receive a message whether the courier services are available to given address or not.

How do I place an Owlpure order?
Placing order in Owlpure is simply and easy, all it takes is few minutes:

Is it possible to edit my order after confirmation?
It is not possible to add any product after you confirm the purchase, you can remove or add products before confirming or before the product has been packed or shipped.
Can I buy multiple products single time?
Yes, you can just add all the products you wish to buy to your shopping bag and can checkout easily.
How can I know about the order confirmation?
Once your order is confirmed then you will see a confirmation page which displays order ID, list of items that you have ordered with the shipping address, in addition you will also receive an email confirming your order details and you will be notified about the status of the order.
Can I order a product that is “Out of Stock”?
No, it is not possible to order a product listed as “Out of Stock”, if the sale is available then you will receive a notification saying that the product is available for sale.
